Can I reschedule or cancel?

Yes — free of charge up to 4 hours before your appointment, from the app or your WhatsApp confirmation link.

Do I need a patch test for colour?

For first-time colour clients, yes. Book a free 10-minute patch test at least 48 hours before — it's added automatically when you book colour online.

How do reminders work?

You'll get a confirmation on WhatsApp, a reminder the day before and 2 hours before, and a nudge when it's time for your next visit based on your service.

Can I pay from my wallet?

Yes. Club wallet balance, UPI, cards and gift cards are all accepted. Points can be redeemed against any service or product.
